    Everything offered during the journey is always an invitation, never an expectation.

    Whether you choose to join every activity or simply relax by the pool with a book, this is your journey.

  • No problem.

    Before every journey you’ll receive a short questionnaire where you can tell us about allergies, dietary preferences and anything else you’d like us to know.

  • Absolutely.

    Creating a safe, caring and welcoming environment is at the heart of every Soul Family & Friends journey.

    Many women tell us that arriving alone became one of the best decisions they ever made.

  • Each journey is intentionally kept small to create a relaxed, personal and meaningful experience where everyone has the opportunity to connect.

    The maximum number of guests varies depending on the destination and accommodation.

  • Each journey is unique, but generally your accommodation, selected meals, community gatherings and the experiences described on the individual journey page are included.

    Please refer to each individual journey for full details.

  • International flights, airport transfers, visas (where applicable), travel insurance, personal expenses and optional treatments or activities not listed in the itinerary are not included unless otherwise stated.

  • No.

    International flights are not included, allowing you the flexibility to travel from the airport and country that suits you best.

  • No.

    Airport transfers are not included in the journey price.

    However, we’re happy to help arrange transfers to and from the airport. Before departure you’ll receive all the information you need, and whenever possible we’ll coordinate shared transportation with other guests arriving at similar times.

  • Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and destination.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct travel documents before departure.

    We’ll always provide practical travel information well in advance of each journey.

  • Yes.

    We strongly recommend that every guest has comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, illness, medical care and unexpected travel disruptions.

  • Depending on the destination, private rooms may be available for an additional cost.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

A Gentle Reminder

Soul Family & Friends is built on kindness, respect and genuine connection.

We simply ask every woman who joins our journeys to arrive with an open heart, respect for one another and a willingness to contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere we create together.

  • Your place is confirmed once your booking deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid by the date stated in your booking confirmation.

  • The booking deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your place and allows us to reserve accommodation and make arrangements for your journey.

  • If you cancel 30 days or more before the journey begins, all payments made, except the non-refundable booking deposit, will be refunded.

    If you cancel less than 30 days before departure, no refund can be offered.

    If your place can be filled from our waiting list, we’ll always do our best to refund any recoverable costs.

  • Should we need to cancel a journey due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments made to Soul Family & Friends.

    Please note that we are not responsible for independently booked flights, visas, travel insurance or any other personal travel arrangements.

  • Occasionally, minor adjustments to the itinerary may be necessary due to weather, local conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

    Any changes will always be made with the intention of creating the best possible experience for everyone.
